Making Appointments

A warm and friendly greeting.

Whether you drop by in person, or telephone for an appointment, you'll be greeted by one of our very friendly and helpful receptionists: Dagmar Johnson and Pauline Speak.

Dagmar and Pauline are very knowledgeable and will be happy to help you with queries about the different practitioners in the clinic and in making appointment times to suit your schedule.

Flexible appointment times
All our practitioners try to be flexible about appointment times including early mornings, evenings and on some Saturdays.

Reception times
Dagmar or Pauline will be available between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm on 01539 725220. If you are telephoning outside of these hours, there is an answering machine where you can leave a message.

Cancellation policy
We understand that on occasion it is not possible to keep your appointment but do ask that you provide us with 24 hours notice where possible. Where no notice is received of cancellation we make a 50% charge.

Fees & payment
Prices for treatments range from £30.00 to £50.00 depending on the treatment you choose. More detailed information on pricing can be found on the individual practitioner pages. Please note, that at present we cannot take card payments at the clinic.

Chaperones
If you wish to be accompanied for your appointment you are welcome to bring a family member or friend into the consultation with you. If you wish to be accompanied by one of our staff please do ask Pauline or Dagmar and they will be happy to accompany you.

Clothing
In order to assess and treat you it is likely that you will be required to take off some of your clothes so that the Therapist can see the body part and look at other areas of the body which may be involved. If you are not comfortable with this please do let your Therapist know and they will try to accommodate your wishes. We do have a small number of pairs of shorts for anyone who would wish to use these. Please ask if you need to borrow them.
